"I was having terrible issues with my MS Outlook and could not get anywhere with MS support. I called B & L Custom Computers and talked with Dave. I asked if I could bring my computer into him and could he help me? He said yes and to bring it in anytime. I brought it into Dave and he could immediately tell how frustrated and upset I was. He stayed after closing hours to fix the issues so that he could call me that night to let me know that he had everything working again. That is customer care that you have a very hard time finding anymore. Dave you are my superhero!"

"Called in the morning, dropped off my computer at 9:30am, by 10:45am, same day they had diagnosed the issue, offered me several option to get it fixed and had it ready by noon. Very pleased with their service and professionalism!"
